Mr.Mark and Jason were very helpful, Jason was Super Kind and Mark was willing to negotiate a price after I told him I couldn’t do the initial price due to financial issues. They fixed my Window which they aren’t specialized at doing, but they were willing to do as best as possible. Highly recommended

I was highly dissatisfied with the service I received during my visit today. I have been a frequent Firestone customer. I arrived for an oil change at 8:36 a.m. When I checked in, the service advisor informed me that the wait would be about one to one and a half hours. I understood and was willing to wait. As time passed, I noticed that other customers who had arrived before me & after me were regularly updated on the status of their vehicles. They also received apologies for the delays, and some were even offered compensation for the inconvenience. Eventually, the lobby had nearly cleared out, yet no one had communicated with me about the status of my vehicle. At 10:40 a.m., I had to ask for an update myself. The service advisor responded that my vehicle would be pulled out "in a few minutes." However, I did not receive my vehicle until 11:16 a.m., meaning I waited nearly three hours for what should have just been an oil change. My issue is the lack of communication and customer service. Had someone simply kept me informed about the delay, apologized for the extended wait, or acknowledged the inconvenience in some way, the experience would have been much more positive. Instead

I had to pull into this Firestone Complete Auto Care branch during my road trip because my tire pressure light came on and I needed a quick patch. The mechanics in the garage section did a completely fine job fixing up the tire, and the car drives perfectly fine now. However, the wait time was pretty brutal for a simple patch job, and the waiting area inside was pretty messy with coffee cups left around and old magazines thrown everywhere. It is a reliable option if you are in a pinch and need your vehicle looked at, but you should definitely expect to hang around a lot longer than they initially tell you.

Went in for a free brake inspection. Tried to charge me 10$ for a full car inspection without telling me until I called them on it. They talked me into getting it because it didn’t cost that much. They told us it would take 1.5-2hrs. It took 4.5hrs and made us late for a birthday party. They quoted us 1300$ for brake pads, and 2 other parts. Called my friend who’s a Mechanic. They looked at it, had me go buy brake pads for 75$, and then they put them on for me for free. Took them under an hour, and it was such an easy process that I feel like I can do it now. They checked the two other parts they quoted and said they looked fine. Apparently mechanic shops always want to get you to replace those 3 parts together, but you never need that. Don’t go here. Go somewhere local, or come to the LDS church in town and we can help you😂 Will never go to these guys again for anything

Mark is an amazing salesman, very friendly, understanding, generous and is genuinely a lifesaver. I’d recommend to anyone!! I have never dealt with such compassion and care for customers! Thank you, highly recommend this Firestone
